Our goal here at the Pardon Billy Foundation is not to encourage legalizing marijuana, but simply to open the American public’s eyes to the unfair sentencing practices regarding Marijuana.

Currently, the United States Sentencing Commission is shortening prison terms for those convicted of crack-cocaine offenses.  These mandatory sentences were called ‘grossly unfair.’

We believe Bill’s sentence to be ‘grossly unfair’ and would like to ask for your help.
